ELEVATION EXTERIOR CLEANING Call 616-229-0625

Driveway and concrete cleaning in Walker. The concrete goes back to gray.

It's porous, so oil, rust and algae go into it and stay. Concrete is one of the few surfaces where higher pressure is right, and we run a rotary surface cleaner instead of an open wand. That's what gives an even finish.

Sound familiar

People call about concrete for three reasons.

01

The slab is darker than you remember.

It went gray so slowly you stopped noticing, then you saw a neighbor's fresh one and the whole drive looked ten years older.

02

The shaded end is green and slippery.

It's near the lawn edge or under a downspout, it's algae, and somebody in the house has already slipped on it once.

03

You cleaned it yourself and it came out striped.

The wand left zebra stripes across the slab and now it looks worse than the dirt did. That's from waving it by hand.

What you're actually getting.

A flat number

Not an estimate that creeps. You get the price up front and it's the price when we're done.

Streak-free or we're back

If it streaks we re-clean it free within 7 days. You don't chase us and you don't pay twice.

Soft wash, not blasting

Low pressure and the right cleaner. Plant-safe, and no high pressure on shingles. That's the thing that wrecks a roof.

Owner-operated

The same crew every time, insured, working out of Wyoming, MI. No subcontractors showing up under our name.

Start to finish

What happens when you call.

  1. You call us Tell us how big the drive is and what's on it. Oil and rust take longer than plain dirt. Flat number on that call.
  2. Oil and rust first Those don't come off with water and pressure. Oil gets a degreaser to break the bond, rust gets a rust treatment, before anything else runs.
  3. Then the surface cleaner A spinning bar of jets under a housing, laying an even pressure field across the slab. That's a uniform finish instead of stripes.

What it costs

We can't print a price. Here's what sets yours.

A number printed on a website and the number our crew gives you standing in your driveway have to be the same number, and on this work they often can't be. So here's what actually moves it.

COMING OUT
Nothing. There's no estimate visit to schedule and nothing owed to ask.
THE SIZE
Square footage and the run of siding. It's the biggest single factor on a house wash.
ONE STORY OR TWO
Height changes the equipment, the time and the safety setup. A two-story isn't a ranch scaled up.
HOW DIRTY IT IS
A light green film rinses. Years of black streaking, heavy moss, rust or oil takes more product and more time.
HOW MUCH AT ONCE
One trip over four surfaces costs less than four visits. The drive out and the setup only happen once.

Before you call

What Walker asks on the phone.

Why did my driveway come out striped when I did it myself?

Those stripes come from waving a high-pressure wand by hand. A rotary surface cleaner lays an even pressure field across the whole slab, which is what gives a uniform finish with no striping.

Can you get oil and rust out of concrete?

Usually. They need their own treatment, not more pressure. Oil takes a degreaser to break the bond and rust takes a rust remover. Call and describe the stains and we'll tell you what's realistic.

How long does it stay clean?

One to three years with normal use. A drive under tree canopy or right up against the lawn comes back faster, because of all the organic debris landing on it.

Do you seal it afterward?

No. Sealing does extend the result and we'll tell you honestly whether it's worth it on your slab, but it isn't part of the cleaning.

Why Walker homes need driveway and concrete cleaning

Walker runs from postwar ranches and split-levels around Standale to newer subdivisions off Fruit Ridge — mostly vinyl and aluminum siding that greens up on the shaded faces, plus long concrete drives on the semi-rural west side that hold dirt and organic staining.

We're based in Wyoming, MI — Walker is about 15 minutes north of our base. Every job is plant-safe and matched to the surface: low pressure and a cleaning solution where high pressure would do damage. You get a flat number up front, before anything starts, so there are no surprises.
