We set a cadence to match the property (monthly for high-traffic retail and restaurants, quarterly for offices, seasonally otherwise), you approve the scope once, and we keep the exterior consistently clean. Work done well. Windows even clean when done. Lots of dirt and moss removed from 2 story with soft pressure and cleaner without going on roof! Would recommend highly.
