ELEVATION EXTERIOR CLEANING Call 616-229-0625

Gutter cleaning in Wyoming.Water runs through them again.

Water overflows the back edge, goes behind the fascia, into the soffit and straight down against the foundation. That's three repairs, all four figures, all caused by leaves. We hand-clear the troughs into a bag and flush every downspout until it runs clear.

Sound familiar

Three reasons the phone rings about gutters.

01

You've been up there once and you're not doing it again.

You've seen what's in the trough, you own the ladder, and it isn't worth the Saturday or the second story.

02

Water is coming over the front in a storm.

It sheets off the edge instead of running to the downspout, and it lands in the same spot against the house every time.

03

Last winter you had ice on the eaves.

Icicles across the front, a ridge of ice at the edge, and a stain that turned up on an upstairs ceiling.

What you're actually getting.

A flat number

Not an estimate that creeps. You get the price up front and it's the price when we're done.

Streak-free or we're back

If it streaks we re-clean it free within 7 days. You don't chase us and you don't pay twice.

Soft wash, not blasting

Low pressure and the right cleaner. Plant-safe, and no high pressure on shingles. That's the thing that wrecks a roof.

Owner-operated

The same crew every time, insured, working out of Wyoming, MI. No subcontractors showing up under our name.

Start to finish

What happens when you call.

  1. You call us Tell us the stories, the run of gutter, how long it's been and whether you have guards. Flat number on that call.
  2. Troughs cleared by hand Leaves, maple seeds, roof grit and shingle granules come out into a bag. Not blown onto the roof, not raked onto your lawn.
  3. Every downspout run Water goes through each one and we watch the bottom. A blocked elbow gets opened, not reported. The debris leaves in the truck.

What it costs

We can't print a price. Here's what sets yours.

A number printed on a website and the number our crew gives you standing in your driveway have to be the same number, and on this work they often can't be. So here's what actually moves it.

COMING OUT
Nothing. There's no estimate visit to schedule and nothing owed to ask.
THE SIZE
Square footage and the run of siding. It's the biggest single factor on a house wash.
ONE STORY OR TWO
Height changes the equipment, the time and the safety setup. A two-story isn't a ranch scaled up.
HOW DIRTY IT IS
A light green film rinses. Years of black streaking, heavy moss, rust or oil takes more product and more time.
HOW MUCH AT ONCE
One trip over four surfaces costs less than four visits. The drive out and the setup only happen once.

Before you call

What Wyoming asks on the phone.

How often should I clean my gutters in Michigan?

Twice a year for most homes. Late spring after the maple seeds and pollen drop, and late fall after the leaves come down and before the freeze. Heavily shaded homes need three or four. The late-fall one is the one that prevents ice dams.

Do you flush the downspouts or just clear the troughs?

Both. Every downspout gets water run through it and checked at the bottom. A trough can look perfect while the downspout under it is packed solid. Clearing an ordinary blockage is part of the job, not an upcharge.

What do you do with the debris?

It's bagged and it leaves in our truck. We don't blow it onto the roof, flush it down the downspout, or rake it onto the lawn for you to bag.

Do I still need this if I have gutter guards?

Usually yes, just less often. Guards keep leaves out, but fine grit, shingle granules, pine needles and seed casings still get through and pack down. Tell us you have guards when you call, because the panels have to come up and go back.

Why Wyoming homes need gutter cleaning

Wyoming's mid-century ranches and split-levels around 28th Street and Gezon tend to have vinyl and aluminum siding that greens up on the shaded north and east faces, plus concrete drives and patios that hold dirt and organic staining.

We're based in Wyoming, MI — Wyoming is our home base — we're right here in town. Every job is plant-safe and matched to the surface: low pressure and a cleaning solution where high pressure would do damage. You get a flat number up front, before anything starts, so there are no surprises.
