Pressure washing in Grandville.Dirt off the siding and concrete.
People use both words and for you there's no difference. What matters is the operator knowing which surfaces take high pressure and which don't. Concrete, brick and stone can, and shingles, siding, paint, screens and fences can't.

Sound familiar
Three reasons you searched for this.
You searched power washing and meant your house.
The words people use are power washing, but siding shouldn't get high pressure. It gets a soft wash. Same company, different tool.
You've got concrete that needs the real thing.
A driveway, a walk, steps or a retaining wall, where high pressure is the right call and nothing gentler is going to touch it.
Somebody offered to power wash your roof.
That's the one to walk away from. High pressure blasts the granules off shingles, and every pass shortens the life of the roof.
What you're actually getting.
A flat number
Not an estimate that creeps. You get the price up front and it's the price when we're done.
Streak-free or we're back
If it streaks we re-clean it free within 7 days. You don't chase us and you don't pay twice.
Soft wash, not blasting
Low pressure and the right cleaner. Plant-safe, and no high pressure on shingles. That's the thing that wrecks a roof.
Owner-operated
The same crew every time, insured, working out of Wyoming, MI. No subcontractors showing up under our name.
Start to finish
What happens when you call.
- You call us Tell us what the surface is. That's the first question, because the surface decides the method. You get a flat number on that call.
- We pick the method Concrete, brick and stone get pressure, on a rotary surface cleaner. Shingles, siding, paint, screens and fences get a soft wash instead.
- One trip either way Hard surfaces and soft surfaces on the same visit, in the right order, top-down. One crew, one number, whatever mix your house needs.
“Work done well. Windows even clean when done. Lots of dirt and moss removed from 2 story with soft pressure and cleaner without going on roof! Would recommend highly.”
“Tre did a great job on my home. He communicated well and was kind and easy to work with. I highly recommend this service to everyone in need of power washing services.”
“While living in the woods has its charms, a moss covered roof and moldy siding isn't one of them! Amazing job on the roof and siding. Highly recommend! 10 out of 10!”
What it costs
We can't print a price. Here's what sets yours.
A number printed on a website and the number our crew gives you standing in your driveway have to be the same number, and on this work they often can't be. So here's what actually moves it.
- COMING OUT
- Nothing. There's no estimate visit to schedule and nothing owed to ask.
- THE SIZE
- Square footage and the run of siding. It's the biggest single factor on a house wash.
- ONE STORY OR TWO
- Height changes the equipment, the time and the safety setup. A two-story isn't a ranch scaled up.
- HOW DIRTY IT IS
- A light green film rinses. Years of black streaking, heavy moss, rust or oil takes more product and more time.
- HOW MUCH AT ONCE
- One trip over four surfaces costs less than four visits. The drive out and the setup only happen once.
Before you call
What Grandville asks on the phone.
Is power washing the same as pressure washing?
For you, yes. The two words get used for the same thing, cleaning hard surfaces with high-pressure water. The only technical difference is that some machines heat the water, and on residential concrete and masonry the result is the same.
Should I pressure wash my siding?
No. Siding gets soft-washed, not pressure-washed. High pressure can drive water behind the siding, strip paint and blow out caulk. A soft wash cleans deeper without any of that.
Which is better, pressure washing or soft washing?
Neither. They're for different surfaces. Pressure is right for concrete, brick and stone. Soft washing is right for roofs, siding, decks and fences, where high pressure causes damage. A good cleaner uses both.
What if a company offers to pressure wash my roof?
Call someone else. High pressure blasts the mineral granules off asphalt shingles, and those granules are what shields the roof from UV. You'll see them collect in the gutters.
