While we're there
We'll walk the property with you and put a number on anything else you're looking at — the black streaks on the north side of the roof, the green on the siding, the gutters. Most companies charge for that visit. The 20% comes off all of it, so the more we do in one trip the more it saves.

- Is it really 20% off?
- Yes, off the whole job, not off one part of it. You get a flat number in writing before anything starts, with the 20% already taken off — so the number you agree to is the number you pay. It applies to any job of $299 or more.
- Why is there a limit?
- Because it's a real one. We're a two-person crew, so 10 discounted jobs is what fits alongside the work already on the calendar. When the 10 are booked or August 31 passes, whichever comes first, quotes go back to our normal rate.
- What's the catch?
- There isn't one. You see the discount done on your own quote — the 20% is already taken off the flat number we send you, in writing, before anything starts. Nothing gets added on the day.
- How fast can you get here?
- Usually within the week. We batch by neighborhood, so if we're already booked on your street it can be sooner — worth asking.
- What if it doesn't come clean?
- Then we come back. Streak-free or we re-clean within 7 days, free. That's the same promise on every job we do, discounted or not.
- What counts toward the $299 minimum?
- Everything on the same visit added together. A small hard-surface job on its own often falls under it, but pair a driveway with a house wash and it clears easily — and that's usually the better buy anyway, since one trip covers both.
- Do I have to pay anything now?
- No. Nothing down, nothing to sign to hold a spot. You pay when the work is done.
